Real estate salesperson, Michele Patten, knows more than most about professional commitment and customer service. Leaving behind a 35-year career as a hairdresser and businesswoman, she says real estate is the only profession to have ever inspired a career change.
Selling her first house in her first week on the job is a sound tribute to that transition, and perfectly primes Michele to join the promising line-up at Ray White Karaka - the latest branch in the stellar Ray White Sue Douglas Group, which is continuing to make waves in South Auckland real estate.
Not only does Michele have three decades of experience in frontline customer relations, but she brings an accordingly vast network of potential contacts in the local community. Many are past clients who know first hand how much she genuinely cares about their wellbeing - an undeniable advantage in making fast connections between buyers and vendors.
Furthermore, your paperwork will be a breeze; Michele has a wealth of business knowledge accumulated during the set up of her own small business in 1996. Additionally, in 2012, Michele bought two franchise salons, which she successfully ran with her sister, until 2016. That entrepreneurial spirit granted the opportunity to become intimately familiar with the complex administrative duties required, including the personal management of all associated financial obligations.
Into the bargain, Michele’s daughter, Rachel also works for the award-winning firm. Gratified by Rachel's success to date, Michele is ahead of the pack, eagerly soaking up all the valuable information that her daughter has to offer.
Michele lives with her husband of 30 years in Clarks beach. She has lived in the surrounding district her whole life, offering you the benefit of excellent geographical knowledge of the real estate in the area. She is a highly devoted to her family; the proud mother of two more grown children, and happily spends time caring for her mother as she advances into her older years.
