“Following up on Private Plan Change 48 for the Drury Central area, the initial hearings for Private Plan Change 49 which is the “Drury East Precinct” have just completed. The plan change covers 184 hectares of Future Urban zoned land, and includes high and medium density residential development zoning. There are further hearings in November to cover Auckland City Council submissions regarding the development. The documents attached contain an overview of the plan change”
