 Real-time weekly auction data from the largest property group in Australasia

Ray White New Zealand agents sold 74 per cent of all auction properties last week.

Our internal data shows that our sellers who proceeded to take their property to sell under the hammer last week were rewarded with a sale price of more than nine per cent higher than the best offer prior.

Data shows on average there were 3.09 average registered bidders per lot nationally last week, compared to 2.9 bidders in the same week a year ago. The highest number of registered bidders nationally was 14 buyers competing for
22 buyers competing for both 45 First Ave, Kingsland, Auckland City and 10 GreySt, Onehunga, Auckland City.

Some 83.5 per cent of all auction campaigns had active bidding on the day.
